Kangatraining is a complete body workout specifically designed with the needs of the postnatal body in mind. It is low impact, gentle on your pelvic floor and postpartum body and suitable for any fitness level.

Unlike traditional exercise classes, mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or putting baby into a creche.  At Kangatraining your baby is part of the action! Whether it is enjoying the stimulation and play with other babies or snuggling up with you while your dancing lulls them off to sleep, your baby will love Kanga as much as you.

Kangatraining is a fitness class run by Mums, for Mums. We understand what it is like navigating life with a baby so we aim to make Kanga a fun, supportive and uplifting experience for all Mums.
